A Retreat in daily LIFE
The Spiritual Exercises were developed by Saint Ignatius Loyola to help people deepen their relationship with God by journeying with Jesus through his life, passion, and resurrection. For centuries the Exercises were given as a long retreat of solitude and silence, but today the most common way people experience them is through a "retreat" in the midst of daily life, combining daily meditations, prayers, and exercises with weekly meetings with a spiritual director. Having completed Track 2 of the Selah Spiritual Direction Program to lead the Spiritual Exercises with individuals or groups, including leading two individuals through the Exercises in a supervised practicum, I am now accepting applications for for Fall 2021-Spring 2022.
